How to Sell with Us

Secondhand Goods

1. Chat our admin through Whatsapp or Instagram (@sikluscollection)

2. Let us know:

What type of goods would you like to consign
Send us the pictures based on the photo instruction
Let us know if there are damages and the damaged areas
Let us know of your location
Personal information for us to contact you in a quick manner in regards to your items

3. Admin will check and you can start to check our Terms and Condition

4. Admin will provide recommended price and upload items on our various platforms

5. If you consent to the prices, we will upload the items on our various platforms. We will announce the availability of your products through our social media channels.

6. Every time an item is purchased from our channels, we will inform you. If your items are kept with you, you will have to pack your items maximum 2 days after there is an order and send the item from your nearest post office. If the items are with us, we will send the items.

7. We will transfer your earnings once the customer confirms that the item(s) is/are as expected as your description. If it is not (i.e certain damages were not mentioned by you), we will return the items to you.

Sustainable Brands Goods and Services

1. Fill in request form (Request to Consign Form)

2. We will check if your brand meets our sustainability criteria (We accept sustainable brands and repair services)

3. While waiting for our approval, check our Terms and Condition

4. If it meets, our team will contact you

5. We will require pictures from your side for us to upload the items on our various platforms.

6.We will announce the availability of your products/services through our social media channels.

7. Every time an item is purchased from our channels

8. We will transfer your earnings once the customer confirms that the item(s) is/are as expected as your description. If it is not (i.e certain damages were not mentioned by you), we will return the items to you.
